Android 8.0+ (Oreo/Pie)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select Network & Internet
3. Select Mobile Networks.
4. Under Advanced, select Access Point Names.
5. Tap on the More button (3 dots) and select New APN.
6. Enter axxess into the Name and APN fields.
7. Enter default,supl into APN Type field.
8. Tap on the More button (3 dots).
9. Select Save.

Android 5.0 / 6.0 / 7.0 (Lollipop/Marshmallow/Nougat)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Under Wireless & Networks, tap on More.
3. Select Mobile Networks.
4. Select Access Point Names.
5. Tap on the Plus (+) button to create a new APN.
6. Enter axxess into the Name and APN fields.
7. Enter default,supl into APN Type field.
8. Tap on the More button.
9. Select Save.

iOS - iPad (iOS 6/7)

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. In the settings menu select Cellular Data.
3. Select APN Settings.
4. Enter axxess into the APN field.
   *Important: Make sure there's NO space before or after axxess

iOS - iPhone (iOS 7+)

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. In the settings menu select Mobile.
3. Select Mobile Data Network.
4. Under the Mobile Data grouping, enter axxess into the APN field.
   *Important: Make sure there's NO space before or after axxess

iOS - iPhone (iOS 6-)

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. In the settings menu select General.
3. Select Cellular or Mobile.
4. Under the Cellular Data Network grouping, enter axxess into the APN field.
   *Important: Make sure there's NO space before or after axxess

Telkom Sim Cards

Please manually register the network to 3G/4G only and test the connection.

f that does not work please reset sand reconfigure the sim cards and set the APN to unrestricted
